CLEO: Cisco router in low Earth orbit - AIAA Small Satellites Conference paper discussing CLEO and DMC satellites

The DMC mission has also successfully demonstrated the operational use of IP protocols in space, and in 2004 successfully used the ground we-service to interface with the NASA/USAF Virtual Mission Operations Center demonstration. UK-DMC also includes an experimental CISCO router to allow flexible on-board inter-module communication.
